PMI ACP Exam Review

I just took the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP exam) exam and in this teleconference I was sharing my immediate gut reactions to the exam. My guest co-host on the call is Rory McCorkle the Product Owner of the exam. Rory gives us a brief update on the status of the exam and then I go into my experience with the exam.

This is a live recording from the teleconference, I was using Justin.TV for the video feed I reference on the podcast.  The books listed below are from the PMI ACP Recommended reading list and I also recommend you read them!!

I hope you enjoy it and do awesome on the exam!

Do you have a suggested reading order for the recommended books? BTW, The Software Project Manager’s Bridge to Agility is no longer on the PMI-ACP reading list.

      Hi Daivd.
After I took the Beta Exam I did a live teleconference. You can listen to it here http://whitewaterprojects.com/pmi-acp-exam-review/
In that call I went through each book and what to read in each one. I also highly recommend the ACP study guide by Mike Griffiths.
Where did you hear that the Software Project Manager’s Bridge to Agility is not on the reading list. Whoever told you that was wrong. Here is the list http://whitewaterprojects.com/pmi-acp-exam-review/
There will be an update to the PMI-ACP but the timeline for that update has not been released. At that point they may update the reading list but I expect that they would only add to it not subtract 😉 Suffice it to say, that at this point the list remains the same.

      Thanks for posting.
